We live in Watermelon country! A local contest was held to try to help kick start businesses that can process more of this locally grown fruit. I created a NO heat sauce that helped me win the Watermelon Business Challenge in 2021! The Sauce ALSO won 2nd place in the Fruit category of the 2024 International Flavor Awards!
