How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Shipping occurs at least once a week. We understand that you want to taste your delicious new sauces right now and will get them out as fast as possible! Keep in mind that we are a small business and not a corporation with warehouses. Thank you for understanding and for supporting a small business! 

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not currently offer International shipping. Shipping is limited to the 50 US States and US territories.

What is your return policy? 

We do our best to ensure that we are producing safe, and high quality artisan products. Lots of planning and testing has been done to ensure your sauces arrive in the condition in which we packed them. We cannot, however, control what happens to them after they leave our hands. If you have any issues with your order please email pictures and a description of your concern to thesaucecompany@yahoo.com. Chris, the owner of Linneweber's Sauce Company, will personally address any issues himself and strive to make sure that you are taken care of.
